Can I drink alcohol?

Yes you can! We suggest talking to your health care provider to make sure alcohol is safe for you to drink. We do suggest drinking less and we offer specific guidelines for what to drink.

Is there a huge fitness commitment?

Not at all! We always suggest starting slowly and as you get more acclimated, increasing your movements and workouts.  You can make a  difference in your weight loss experience in as little as 10 min/day.

Will I have to eliminate all my favorite foods forever?

No way! This course is not about eliminating every food you love for the rest of your life. That is not living! We will teach you the balance so you can enjoy the things you love in moderation.

How will I know if I have proper form in the workouts you provide?

We are all about form. Our short 10 min videos always offer lots of modifications and continually coach you on proper form.

Will I gain all my weight back when I stop taking the medication?

That is exactly why I created this course! We want you to sustain your weigth loss and improve your health…. for life!

What if I don't belong to a gym or workout studio or have any equipment?

No worries! You can start with just your own body weight and in your own home. We provide you with 10 min workouts you can do anywhere, anytime.

What if I'm allergic or adverse to some of the suggested foods?

We offer many suggestion to help you get the best nutrition, safeguard your muscles, and lose the maximum amount of body fat. You can also schedule a 1:1 coach session to help you personally navigate food, workouts, or anything else you may need!

Do I have to buy a bunch of supplements?

Nope. We know that nobody loves taking a bunch of pills. That is why we offer minimal supplement recommendations.  We want you to gain maximum health by bridging nutritonal gaps and correcting common deficiencies. Too many supps are annoying!
