Checkout Process:

   2. Payment: Complete your purchase by entering your payment details on our secure payment page. We accept various forms of payment, which are specified at the checkout. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Refund Policy:

1. Courses:
   • • Full Refund: Requests for refunds for courses must be made within 7 days of purchase, provided the course content has not been accessed.
     • Partial Refund: If course content has been partially accessed, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the extent of content accessed, up to 14 days from purchase.
2. Subscriptions and Memberships:
   • • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription or membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will have continued access until then.
     • Refunds: Refunds for subscriptions or memberships are generally not provided, but you can cancel future payments.
3. Coaching Sessions:
   • • Rescheduling: You may reschedule a coaching session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
     • Cancellation: If you need to cancel a coaching session, please do so at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Product-Specific Conditions: Some products may have specific terms regarding refunds and returns which will be stated on the product page.
   • Course-Specific Terms:
     • 21 Day Reset: Please note that the 21 Day Reset course does not offer refunds. We encourage you to review all course materials and ensure your commitment before enrolling.

Procedure for Requesting Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of approval.

Changes to Purchased Services:

  • In the event of a service cancellation by Transform Body Works, customers will be notified and provided the option to transfer their purchase to a similar service or receive a refund.

• • The above policies may not apply to promotional or discounted purchases, which are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
